This week, Emma's class took a field trip to the strawberry patch. We had a huge rain storm the night before so the ground was still a little damp but the weather was nice and cool.

Emma was very brave and decided to pet Precious, the 4 month old calf.
After a long morning of strawberry farming, Emma and Sara relaxed on the ride home with a good sandwich, a juice box, and a Strawberry Shortcake DVD.
