Christmas Day: P.M. Edition

After opening presents at Grandma and Grandpa's house and getting all over our loot back home...we packed up our sleigh and headed over to Grana and Grandaddy's house.

Grana made some lovely Christmas tree cookies, which were artfully decorated by Grandaddy. I especially liked this one. Wonder why?
War Eagle!

Anyway...the girls opened more presents and we enjoyed more family time. Aunt Beth is helping Emma open up some new clothes, while Sara appears to be pouting in the background.

With all the new toys and art supplies, the most popular present seemed to be the bubble makers. It's not even new technology or anything. Just a tube of strange smelling goo that you put on the end of a straw. Blow out of the other end and you've made your own plastic bubble!

I'm pretty sure we went through five or six of those little tubes.

Sara showing off her new bicycle...complete with bell!

First trip down the road!

Emma usually would rather ride the tricycle but maybe she suited up to ride her bicycle too.

I really thought I took more pictures but my memory card tells me that I did not. Oh, well. It was a wonderful Christmas even though it went by too quickly. We are all going through Christmas withdrawal at our house. I must admit that I'm already looking forward to this year's Christmas celebration!

Christmas Day: A.M. Edition

Merry Christmas
We woke the girls up so they could discover what Santa left for them! Yes, you read that correctly...we woke them up. Guess they weren't the only ones who were excited!

Daddy is helping the girls unwrap their new jewelry boxes. As of right now, the boxes contain Sunday jewelry and Silly Bands.

Someone is excited to see her new Princess bicycle...complete with a bell!

Here's a group shot before we left for Grandma and Grandpa's house. Even McDuff got in on the picture this year.

Sara is wishing James a Happy 1st Christmas. Not sure how he felt about the whole thing but he looked so cute in his Santa hat.

I stole this picture from Grandpa's Facebook page.

Christmas Day: P.M. Edition is up next!

Christmas Eve 2010

Here is our 2010 Christmas wrap up! Christmas Day will (hopefully) be coming soon!

Happy New Year!

First Christmas present of the season! Grandma and Grandpa got the grandkids a huge floor piano...that, thankfully, stays at their house!

A sisterly hug before Santa comes!

Merry Christmas Emma!

Merry Christmas Sara!
